A stressor that are found in our surroundings are called environmental stressor. It can be other person, noise, crowd, disaster or war. Something that comes from other Human or Nature, which make you uncomfortable but you should have to pass it.

-While driving: Turn on the channel that play light and simple talk or convo that may help to energize you while driving, especially when you drive alone.
-At Home : Rent or current day you can easily download silly or comedy movie genre. Enjoy your Quality time, be happy.
-In The Office : Deadline killing your day? No! never let that ever happen. Simple, deprecating humour is bring you long way to go, especially when you caused a problem or crack a simple joke about the situation, or yourself to relax muslce, if you have more time, play music or watch comedic.
3. Doing exercise: Meditation, Yoga, Jogging, Cycling, Weigh-lifting, Aerobic
When stress affects many nerve connections, the rest of the body feels the impact as well. Exercise produce endorphins. So it one of the great reason why your body feels better, so does your mind. Also improve the ability to sleep, which in turn reduces stress
